Maestro Sponsorship

Eisenhower Series Concert Underwriting: $3,000

Recognizing the contribution our community orchestra makes to the quality of life in Central Pennsylvania, individuals, regional companies and foundations gladly participate in a high-profile commitment to the Eisenhower Series Concert Sponsorship. For a gift of $3,000, this select group of businesses and individuals will be recognized for their support.

Benefits include:
  1. Publicity banner with your company logo handing in lobby of Eisenhower Auditorium on evening of performances.
  2. Company logo/name in programs for entire concert season.
  3. Recognition in all season advertising (print, television, radio).
  4. 6 season tickets and up to 20 tickets for one concert.
  5. 2 tickets to one Luncheon with the Maestro.
  6. Recognition on Symphony web site.
  7. An open invitation to all post concert receptions.
  8. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter
  9. Strong identification with a growing, upscale symphony audience.

Orchestra Section Sponsorship

Chair Sponsorship: as listed below

Our chair sponsorship program is used to sponsor the principal musician of a specific section of the orchestra. The sponsorship provides a nominal compensation for this position so the Nittany Valley Symphony can attract and keep the most talented musicians in the area.

    Concertmaster: $3,500.00

    Principal players: $1,500.00
        Violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, French horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, timpani, percussion, or assistant conductor.

    Additional players: $1,000.00
        English horn, bass clarinet, harp, contra-bassoon

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition on the orchestra personnel page.
  2. A listing on the contributors page of the program.
  3. A listing in a special chair sponsorship advertisement in the program.
  4. 4 season tickets; major chairs 2 tickets to one luncheon.
  5. An open invitation to all post concert receptions.
  6. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter
  7. Strong identification with a growing, upscale symphony audience.
  8. A yearly renewal option on the contracted chair.

Musicians in the Making (MIM): $2,000

A program designed to introduce future young artists to both the symphony and to public performing. A group of young artists or an individual is selected to perform at Eisenhower Auditorium prior to symphony concerts. The $2,500 sponsorship provides a variety of opportunities for the Symphony to reach out to young musicians.

Benefits of MIM Sponsorship:
  1. Half-page ad in each program recognizing sponsorship.
  2. Recognition on Symphony web site.
  3. Two guest seats at a luncheon with the Maestro
  4. An open invitation to all post concert receptions.
  5. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter
  6. Strong identification with a growing, upscale symphony audience.

N.O.T.E.S. Program: $500
A program that has the Maestro and sometimes orchestra players visiting in classrooms with programs that instruct students about the orchestra and upcoming concerts. Groups of students are then invited to attend a concert as guests of Nittany Valley Symphony.

Benefits of NOTES PROGRAM Sponsorship:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter
  3. Invitations to special events and receptions.

Parking Sponsorship:  $500
  1. Recognition on the contributors page as a “Benefactor” donor throughout the season
  2. Recognition on the contributors page as Parking sponsor throughout the season.
  3. Announcement of sponsorship from the stage during the introduction
  4. Sponsor’s logo on signage displayed at the entrance to the parking garage at Eisenhower Auditorium
  5. Ability to provide a vehicle for display on the patio at Eisenhower Auditorium on the night of the concert - with signage.
  6. Vouchers and tickets will be provided to sponsor prior to concert to distribute among your employees, your customers, whomever you wish.
  7. Strong identification with a growing, upscale symphony audience—excellent image advertising.
  8. An open invitation to all post-concert receptions.
  9.  Recognition on the contributors page as a “Benefactor” donor throughout the season 
  10. A yearly renewal option on the sponsorship.


Ann Keller Young Soloist Competition: $1,000

Each year, the Ann Keller Young Soloist Competition attracts about a dozen extremely talented juniors and seniors from area high schools. The competition is closed to the public but the winner is asked to perform with the Symphony at the Family Concert. Competitors are also invited to perform at a "Spring Sounds" recital.

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter
  3. Invitations to special events and receptions.

Orchestra Partner: $1,000 and up

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter
  3. Invitations to special events and receptions
  4. 4 season tickets

Honorary Conductor: $750-999

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. 3 season tickets
  3. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter.

Benefactor: $500-749

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. 2 season tickets.
  3. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter.

Associate: $200-499

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. 1 season ticket.
  3. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony's newsletter.

Patron: $100-199

Benefits include:
  1. Recognition in all concert programs of the season
  2. Subscription to Symphony Notes, the Symphony'snewsletter.

* All donors at the Patron level or above are members of the Nittany Valley Symphony Corporation and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation in May.
