Your C-Note Society membership includes four tickets that can be used throughout the 2026–27 season.

You may use your tickets in whatever combination works best for you. For example, you may use one ticket for four different concerts, or you may choose to use multiple tickets for the same concert to bring guests. Once all four tickets have been redeemed, your C-Note Society membership benefits have been fully used.

Not necessarily. Tickets for each concert are released throughout the season, with tickets for the next concert becoming available after the previous concert has concluded.

You may redeem as many of your donor tickets as you would like for the concert that is currently on sale. However, if you plan to spread your tickets across multiple concerts, you will need to wait until each concert is released before redeeming a ticket for that performance.

For example, if only the September concert is currently on sale, you may redeem one or several of your donor tickets for September. If you would also like to attend the November concert, you will need to wait until November tickets are released to redeem another ticket.

This staggered release schedule is necessary because NVS works with multiple venues and partners, including Penn State, and must coordinate with their individual production and ticketing timelines.

The ticketing platform depends on the concert venue.

NVS uses Eventbrite for concerts held at State College Area High School and Bellefonte Area High School. For concerts at Eisenhower Auditorium, we are required to use Penn State's ticketing platform, Ticketmaster.

Fortunately, you don't need to keep track of which platform to use. Always start at the Nittany Valley Symphony website. Go to Tickets, select the concert you would like to attend, and you will automatically be directed to the correct ticketing platform.

Your donor discount code and the general redemption process will remain the same throughout the season, regardless of which platform is used.

Will call assistance is always available for those who do not feel comfortable with redeeming their tickets online.

NVS maintains a list of C-Note Society Members, so if you would prefer not to redeem your tickets online or experience difficulty with the process, we can assist you. Your ticket can be printed and made available for you at the door.
